Sometimes on your way forward it’s a good idea to stop for a moment and catch your breath. At landmarks along the way you can look back, check your strategies and adjust them, if necessary. Kai Leonhardt can in the meantime look back on 20 years' experience in the IT industry. Training first as a banker, he went on to study information systems, financing his studies by working as a mainframe programmer. More or less straight from the lecture theatre into business, he switched to the software company Novell, where he was later to become the head of European Corporate Communications.

     

Thomas Schumacher Thomas Schumacher completed commercial training before studying journalism and communication studies, politics and history at Bochum. While still at university he started writing articles for various IT magazines, which is still a main focus of his work today.
